Hi friends!
Life has been a beautiful whirlwind lately. Between trainings, cheering from the sidelines at my kids' games, and hitting the audition room, I’ve been soaking up every minute of this season.
Here is what’s fueling my soul (and my sweat) right now:
✨ Real Talk & Retreats
On April 18th I hosted my first in person women’s retreat, and my heart is still full. We connected; we talked, danced and shared without judgment. It reminded me that while we all struggle, there is immense power in simply being heard. I am hosting my 1st in person retreat event for teachers at a local college campus this week and thrilled to know my work is making an impact as we head into mental health awareness month
🥊 Back in the Ring
BodyCombat 106: Officially launched on Friday 4/24 and I am obsessed. Outstanding release combining high energy and power with some creative new choreography and groundwork.
Supernatural: I’m back in the headset this week because the time I've spent reflecting/healing has done wonders for me and I deeply enjoyed my 1st experience back. Looking forward to a Together workout or two this week
💪 25 Minutes of Grit
I just crushed the Dri Tri Strength at Orangetheory!
Result: Finished in under 30 minutes with my oldest son cheering me on
Weight: 15lb dumbbells.
This didn't happen overnight. To all the busy parents working toward a goal: Keep showing up. If I can do it, you can too.
❤️ Giving Back
The retreat’s success sparked a new mission. I’m exploring ways to raise money for women and families navigating life after loss. The more we give, the more we receive.
🗓️ Looking Ahead
I’m currently in the "big transition" season, helping my oldest son decide which school he’ll be moving away to. Change is heavy, but it’s where we grow.
💡 Over to you:
What are you working on that makes you proud? Whether it’s a fitness goal or a personal win, I want to hear about it as we head into May!
Keep at it, your future self is proud of you and excited for what's next
