Ok y'all. I'm coming in HOT off a week of recovery and I have FEELINGS. 🔥

Hubby and I did our first Spartan Deka Race last week and let me be honest with you — it KICKED. OUR. ASSES. 😂

But here's the thing nobody tells you about doing something scary and hard and totally new — when you walk away from it? You feel MORE like yourself than you did before. Like some layer of "I can't" just got stomped right off of you. And THAT feeling? That why I created Siva the Soul because we ALL deserve that feeling.

Here's what sparking in my world this week:

💛 We survived the Deka and we're still smiling (mostly)

🌿 Locking in on our nutrition and feeling SO good about it

💞 Dropped a fun fun dance break with my Supernatural fam & my live classes were energiiiiized all this week 🔥 Still have spots open in my next accountability group — because doing hard things is always better together

Also — can we talk about Senior Assassin for a second?! I am DEEP in my feelings about this. Wild, stressful, hilarious, and honestly? Such a beautiful way for these kids to connect with each other, find their people, and step into all the awesome they are meant to be. I pray. I hope. I watch out the window. 😂 These kids man. THESE KIDS. 🥹

Now I want to hear from YOU 👇

✨ What is bringing you JOY this week?

✨ What is something cool you are working on?

Drop it in the comments — I genuinely want to know. And if an accountability group sounds like exactly what you need right now, there are still a few spots left. Link in bio or slide into my DMs. Let's go! 💜
